Jandel Reference Sample
Jandel Engineering offers an Indium-Tin-Oxide (ITO) coated glass sample that can be used as a reference sample to assess whether a four point probing system is working properly.
The sample is not NIST traceable.

Jandel Light Shrouds
Jandel Engineering offers a removable plastic light shroud to shield light from samples up to 50mm diameter. Where light needs to be shielded from larger samples we offer a black cloth which prevents light penetrating.
Jandel Stability Shroud
For holding a probe head by hand Jandel Engineering offers a removable plastic stability shroud. The shroud fits over the end of the probe to give a large contact area so that more stability is offered while holding the probe in contact with a sample.
Jandel RM3000+ Test Unit
The Jandel RM3000+ Test Unit is a constant current source and digital voltmeter, supplying constant currents between 10nA and 100mA, and measuring voltages from 0.001mV to 1000mV.
Jandel ResTest Test Unit
The Jandel ResTest Test Unit is a constant current source and digital voltmeter with colour screen, supplying constant currents between 1uA and 10mA, and measuring voltages from 0.04mV to 4000mV.
Jandel HM21 Test Unit
The Jandel HM21 Test Unit is a constant current source and digital voltmeter, supplying constant currents between 100nA and 10mA, and measuring voltages from 0.01mV to 1250mV.
Jandel Macor four point probe
The Jandel Macor Probe head is suitable for use in a wide range of temperatures - approximately -190C to 300C (around 80K to 600K).
Jandel High Vacuum four point probe
The Jandel High Vacuum Probe head is an adapted cylindrical probe head. The high vacuum probe has no blind holes, minimial solder and is unanodised.
Jandel Very Close Spacing probe
This probe uses a staggered jewel arrangement in order to acheive probe spacing of 0.500mm spacing. The picture compares a 'standard' 1.591mm spacing probe with the 0.500mm spacing probe. This probe can be used for probing close to sample edges or where a sample has very small dimensions.
